Job summary

Dagen in Pearland, TX seeks a PSM/RMP/Responsible Distribution Coordinator to oversee process safety, risk management, and chemical distribution compliance across operations. This role serves as a key resource for OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and ACD Responsible Distribution requirements.

The coordinator will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Transportation, and EHS teams to maintain compliance, drive corrective actions, and cultivate a strong safety culture while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with EHS regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA PSM program compliance.
• Maintain PSI and documentation for processes/equipment.
• Coordinate PHAs, HAZOPs, and revalidations.
• Manage MOC, PSSRs, and change management processes.
• Support mechanical integrity programs and inspections.
• Oversee EPA RMP compliance and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate ACD Responsible Distribution program audits and actions.
• Lead investigations into process-safety incidents and near-misses.
