Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Process Manager at our West Chester, OH sheet feeder facility. You will lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, own audit readiness, and manage data systems to ensure top performance.

The role partners with operations and customers to meet expectations and drive improvements across processes and products. You will mentor teams, lead root cause analyses, and travel about 25% for training and customer engagements, while upholding food safety and product

Formación

• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with PBM principles.
• Own and manage plant quality documentation, standard work, and audit readiness.
• Lead quality systems, audits, and corrective action plans across the plant.
• Own board quality performance, best-run settings, and key waste metrics.
• Evaluate and optimize processes based on paper grades and machine capabilities.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work directly with customers on continuous improvement, trial runs, and performance feedback.
• Build relationships across teams to solve problems and adapt processes.
• Facilitate food safety compliance and product stewardship programs.
• Monitor key metrics and lead RCA and data-driven improvements.
• Manage customer interactions, complaint resolution, and internal quality reporting.
• Oversee quality data systems and ensure compliance with GP and customer standards.
