Job summary

Msr-Fsr, Llc is seeking a QA/QC specialist for process piping in a cleanroom environment. You will inspect fabricated and installed piping, mechanical equipment, skids, and components per project specs, with emphasis on NDE testing and regulatory compliance.

The role requires reading P&ID diagrams, weld procedure adherence, and maintaining records; you will upload reports to the project EIDA system and ensure welder qualifications meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of semiconductor process systems including ultra-high-purity stainless steel piping.
• Ability to inspect pipe/tube welds and systems competently.
• Familiarity with project specifications and weld procedures (WPS/WPQ).
• Knowledge of B31.3 and ASME Section 9 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSHA/EPA and local regulatory compliance for piping inspections per project specs.
• Perform NDT, visual, and borescope inspections; witness pressure tests, flushing, cleaning, and passivation.
