Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Process Owner Manager to lead the SE-BVT process owner team across Wax, Monoshell, Cast, Rough, and Finish. You will establish manufacturing best practices, ensure CTQ conformance, and drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and lead-time.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, leadership, and a track record of delivering complex projects. You will develop personnel, implement PDCA for scrap reduction, and collaborate with Operations, Purchasing,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in an engineering group.
• Track record of improving processes and delivering projects on time.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical specs.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Solid mathematical skills including statistics and data interpretation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsor.
• Export license requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SE-BVT Process Owner team (Wax, Monoshell, Cast, Rough, Finish).
• Establish and standardize best practices across product lines.
• Ensure CTQ conformance and drive corrective actions for scrap/rework.
• Drive cost reductions while developing internal/external partnerships.
• Develop personnel and align with plant values and governance.
• Address scrap drivers via PDCA and support talent development.
• Support capital acquisitions with data-driven justification.
