Responsibilities

• Modify and/or approve work instructions for post cast processes (shell removal, gate removal, machining, surface prep, finishing).
• Monitor post cast processes to ensure they are stable, sustainable, and in control.
• Perform regular MSAT audits on post cast processes.
• Determine root causes of deviations and develop timely reaction plans to correct them.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify scrap/cost reductions and process improvements.
• Assist with development and implementation of new materials and techniques.
• Train operators on new methods or instructions.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, PowerBI, and other systems.
