Qualifications
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably at a Fortune 500 company.
- Highly organized with strong project management and analytical skills.
- Experience guiding manufacturing in a structured process environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and implement automation to boost effectiveness.
- Mentor in developing manufacturing process plans addressing personnel, materials, and equipment needs.
- Ensure production goals for cost, quality, and delivery are met and align with customer expectations.
- Review production and operational reports and advise on solutions to minimize costs and delays.
- Promote safety policies and regulatory compliance; train staff on company, government, and customer policies.
