Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) is seeking a Manager, Business Process Optimization to support process improvement initiatives across the organization.

This role focuses on documenting current processes, identifying improvements, and driving data-driven decisions to boost revenue and efficiency. You will collaborate with leadership, map workflows, lead change management, and help deploy KPI measurement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Process Improvement; cruise/hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement projects.
• Utilize industry best practices and proven tools while engaging with internal stakeholders to execute initiatives.
• Coordinate and support intake, prioritization, planning, and execution to enhance business processes across the organization.
• Assist in communications, training support, and ensuring operational readiness for changes.
• Develop flowcharts and process maps to document workflows and identify improvement areas.
• Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new practices and minimize resistance.
• Assist deploying tools to measure data and KPIs.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions aligned with objectives.
• Perform additional job-related functions as assigned.
