Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of Engineering leadership and/or project management experience
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and ability to solve manufacturing issues.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, Power BI, or SQL).

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver process excellence for required manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate and timely information and data flow through manufacturing and the value chain.
• Optimize workflows by identifying issues, resolving gaps, and eliminating bottlenecks through equipment planning.
• Monitor manufacturing improvements; elevate technical needs to engineering teams.
• Assess organizational design and recommend workforce optimization strategies.
