Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement solutions to improve efficiencies, safety, and employee retention.
• Assist and coordinate design changes in production settings.
• Assist with defining and creating assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and design issues; provide resolution support.
• Develop procedures and equipment for manufacturing testing and troubleshooting.
• Research and implement tooling and fixtures for production.
• Contribute to estimating manufacturing costs and capabilities.
• Lead runoff, delivery, and launch of new/re-tooled equipment for programs.
• Execute process improvements aligned to safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery goals.
• Maintain manufacturing data to monitor and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain standard work procedures and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and address production issues.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects.
• Provide support for new product development to ensure efficient production.
