Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of quality, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in print reading and part measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Responsible for PFMEA and Control Plans for assigned operations.
• Support BIQ activities and KPI data collection.
• Update PFMEA based on risk and rank findings using RPN.
• Review monthly KPI data and Low Hour Warranty data.
• Identify, contain and document rejected parts; communicate findings.
