Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement solutions to improve efficiencies and safety in manufacturing.
• Assist and coordinate design changes in production settings.
• Help define and create assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and design issues.
• Develop procedures and equipment for manufacturing testing and troubleshooting.
• Assist with tooling and fixture implementation for production.
• Estimate manufacturing costs and capabilities.
• Lead runoff, delivery, and launch of new or re-tooled equipment for new programs.
• Lead process improvement projects and monitor outcomes.
• Support new product development and transition to production.
