Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
• Print reading and measurement experience required.
• Data analysis and investigation skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain PFMEA and Control Plans for assigned operations area.
• BIQ data collection and KPI reporting across production lines.
• Update PFMEA based on risk and calculate RPN scores.
• Conduct monthly control plan reviews using KPI data.
• Identify and document rejected parts and communicate non-conformances.
• Notify suppliers of non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Work with Supplier Quality on external non-conformances.
• Participate in quality audits of finished goods and record findings.
• Maintain daily metrics for FPY, scrap, and line defects.
• Adhere to safety policies and standard work instructions.
