Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies.
• CAD software and other engineering tools proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Apply lean principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support introduction of new products and technologies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes.
