Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Process Performance Engineer to optimize industrial processes and support production teams. You will drive implementation of methods, processes, and organizational changes to meet company requirements on the Mobile site.

The role emphasizes process time optimization, workload balancing, and continuous improvement across final assembly lines, with opportunities for training and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5 years Airbus experience or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent MS Office/Google Suite; data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Airbus Planning Tools AVL2, EPIQA and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes and lead time.
• Produce PERT/ GANTT diagrams to identify task dependencies.
• Perform line balancing and define the critical path across MSNs.
• Analyze industrial capacities and simulate line configurations.
• Lead training and onboarding for new team members.
