RED Global is seeking a Process Optimisation Analyst in the United States to drive end-to-end process re-engineering and automation initiatives. The role involves engaging with stakeholders at all levels, scoping automation opportunities, and guiding change management for successful go-live.

You'll lead projects independently or with colleagues, applying Lean Six Sigma principles and BPMN 2.0 mapping to deliver measurable business value across multiple functions.

Qualificações

• Six Sigma Green Belt certified with proven experience in analysis and redesign of complex, multi-function processes.
• Experience delivering end-to-end process re-engineering, optimisation and automation projects with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience assessing use cases for automation solutions using AI, intelligent automation, RPA, Power Apps, Power Automate and low-code platforms.
• Consulting experience beyond operational delivery, partnering with business leaders to translate challenges into AI/Automation opportunities.
• Led medium to large projects/change management initiatives across functions.
• Facilitated process discovery workshops across stakeholder levels.
• Hands-on Process Mapping experience using BPMN 2.0.
• Improved service processes across organization functions.

Here at RED we are looking for a Process Optimisation Analyst be apart of a long term programme

to manage relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels, assisting with the generation & prioritisation of opportunities across a range of Process & Analytics Solutions customer groups, and leading projects independently or in collaboration with other team members. You will also be responsible for assessing automation/process mining scope, business value/ cost and accompanying business case, as well as change management activities to guide/ support business readiness for transition to go-live.

Location: US

Workload: 5 days a week

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months initial + extension

• Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified alongside proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end process re-engineering, optimisation and automation projects, with measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience assessing use cases for automation solutions using technologies such as AI, intelligent automation, RPA, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, workflow and low-code platforms.
• Consulting experience that goes beyond operational delivery, acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders by, challenging existing ways of working, translating business challenges into practical AI/Automation opportunities that deliver measurable business value
• Demonstrated experience in leading medium to large profile projects/ change management activities
• Experience in facilitating process discovery workshops across various stakeholder levels
• Hands-on Process Mapping experience (no specific tool) using BPMN 2.0
• Experience in improving service processes going through different functions across organization
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing & presentation/ oral communication skills
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Strong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business requirements
• Critical thinking skills enabling challenging process findings and solutions
• Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one time.
