Job summary

Industrial Operations is seeking a Process Operator to join our Wet Processing Plant team in Dividing Creek, NJ. You will support day-to-day production and quality, operating and monitoring equipment, and learning duties across multiple plant roles.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and math skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and a temp-to-hire path is available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wet processing plant equipment and systems.
• Learn and perform duties across multiple plant roles (Process Operator, Process Helper, Spare Operator).
• Monitor production processes, gauges, controls, and data to support quality and output.
• Enter production and operational data into computer systems accurately.
• Collect product and process samples for testing and perform routine facility inspections to identify issues.
