Job summary

Industrial Operations is seeking a Process Operator to join our Wet Processing Plant team in Dividing Creek, NJ. You will support day-to-day production and quality, operating and monitoring equipment, and learning duties across multiple plant roles.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and math skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and a temp-to-hire path is available.

• Collect product and process samples for testing and perform routine facility inspections to identify issues.

• Monitor production processes, gauges, controls, and operational data to support consistent output.
• Enter production and operational information into computer systems accurately and timely.
• Collect product and process samples for testing and quality control, and complete routine facility inspections to identify operational, maintenance, or safety concerns.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation required (facility is not accessible by public transportation).
