Job summary

Dow Inc. is hiring Process Operators in Deer Park, Texas to monitor and control basic systems, transfer products, and maintain safety and environmental stewardship.

You’ll rotate across roles, assist other technicians, and ensure efficient operation while upholding rigorous safety standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED plus relevant manufacturing experience or an associate degree, with willingness to join an emergency response team and obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related technical path or 3+ years military technical service or 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to join emergency response team if required.
• Valid US Driver's License and forklift certification upon hire.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor basic control systems to manage levels, temperatures, pressures and flows.
• Lift hoses, operate valves, and clear/isolate equipment safely.
• Follow procedures to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental issues.
• Support other technicians, prioritize tasks, and complete duties safely.
