Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Process Supervisor for our Indiana facility. You will oversee scheduling and processing to meet customer turn-times and quality requirements across multiple shifts, and supervise Shift Supervisors, Operators, and Material Handlers.

As a leader, you will ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards, calibrate instrumentation, review processing data, and coordinate maintenance with the tech team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Five years’ experience in a production environment with two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be willing to work established shifts.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be willing to be on-call 24/7 in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all product runs are scheduled and run to customers’ turn-time and quality requirements.
• Maintains proper segregation of processed and non-processed product at all times.
• Coordinates downtime for preventative maintenance with the Maintenance Dept.
• Reviews and approves final processing data to ensure compliance with customer specs.
• Verifies instrumentation calibration prior to use.
• Prepares month-end performance reports.
• Provides direction and support for the Shift Supervisors and operators.
