Sotera Health Company is seeking a Process Supervisor at our Haw River, NC facility. The role ensures production runs align with customer turn-times and quality requirements across multiple shifts.

You will supervise Shift Supervisors, Operators, and Material Handlers, coordinate downtime with maintenance, and certify processing data while maintaining strict documentation and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years in a production environment with 2 years in supervision.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Willing to work established shifts and be reachable 24/7 for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run product lines to meet turn-time and quality requirements.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers.
• Coordinate downtime for preventative maintenance with the Maintenance Department.
• Review and approve final processing data prior to certification to ensure compliance with specs.
• Verify instrumentation calibration and prepare month-end performance reports.
• Provide direction and support for the Shift Supervisor and staff; maintain documentation.

Supervises Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers. May supervise Shipping/Receiving staff as directed by the facility General Manager.
