Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Process Supervisor for Sterigenics U.S. LLC to oversee scheduling and execution of production across shifts.

You will supervise a team, coordinate downtime with maintenance, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and review processing data for accuracy and traceability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years in production with 2 years supervisory experience, fluent English, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years’ experience in a production environment with two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English; intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run production to meet customer turn-times and quality requirements.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers; provide direction and feedback.
• Coordinate downtime for preventative maintenance with Maintenance Dept; ensure data is certified and compliant.
• Verify instrumentation calibration; review final processing data for parameter compliance.
• Maintain documentation including physical counts, product segregation and palletizing patterns.
• Oversee training of all operations staff and assist with special projects as assigned by GM/Operations Manager.
