Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Process Supervisor for the night shift in transportation operations. The role ensures efficient use of equipment and adherence to customer turn-times and quality standards across shifts.

You will supervise a team of Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers, coordinate maintenance, and ensure proper data review and calibration for compliance. Training and documentation oversight are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a production environment with two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be willing to work established shifts and be available 24/7 in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run product to meet customer turn-time and quality requirements.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers.
• Coordinate downtime for preventative maintenance with Maintenance Department.
• Review final processing data for compliance with specifications.
• Ensure instrumentation is calibrated before use.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Train all operations staff and oversee documentation.
