Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Process Supervisor to maximize equipment utilization and oversee scheduling for multiple shifts. The role requires coordinating with the General Manager or Operations Manager and ensuring adherence to customer turnaround and quality requirements.

The position involves supervising Shift Supervisors, Operators, and Material Handlers, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a production environment with two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run product orders in alignment with customer turn-times and quality.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers; may supervise Shipping/Receiving staff.
• Coordinate downtime for preventative maintenance with Maintenance Dept.
• Review and approve final processing data to ensure compliance with customer specs.
• Maintain proper documentation including counts, segregation and palletizing patterns.
