Job summary

PDI is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician in the United States to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvement of blending processing systems and plant utilities. The role ensures regulatory compliance and optimization of system performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of maintenance experience with purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending equipment, plus strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3 – 6 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Purified Water Systems.
• Basic knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment and systems.
• Purified Water Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot purified water systems to meet quality standards.
• Plant Utilities: Maintain utilities such as compressed air, steam, and water distribution systems.
• Liquid Blending Process Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot liquid blending process equipment.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conduct inspections and training.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and safety reports per cGMP and Data Integrity guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordination: Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinating with other departments.
