Job summary

PDI Healthcare is seeking an Associate for the 2nd shift focused on maintenance and reliability. The role involves hands-on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of blending processing systems and plant utilities in a regulated environment.

You will maintain purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending equipment, ensuring safety, compliance with cGMP, and accurate documentation. Strong problem-solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Purified Water Systems.
• Basic knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various equipment and systems, including purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending process equipment.
• Purified Water Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot purified water systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plant Utilities: Perform maintenance of plant utilities such as compressed air, steam, and water distribution systems.
• Liquid Blending Process Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot liquid blending process equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production specifications.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety inspections and training.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and safety reports following cGMP and Data Integrity guidelines
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Coordination: Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinating with other departments as needed.
