PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
  • Unscheduled Downtime:

  • Reactive Maintenance Work Hours:
    • Track the hours spent on unplanned maintenance tasks. A lower percentage of reactive maintenance suggestions suggests a more proactive approach.
  • Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF):
    • Calculate the average time between equipment failures. A higher MTBF indicates more reliable equipment
  • Work Order Cycle Time:
    • Measure the time taken to complete maintenance work orders from initiation to completion. Shorter cycle times reflect efficient maintenance processes
  • Preventive Maintenance Compliance:
    • Track the percentage of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks completed on time. High compliance rates indicate effective preventive maintenance planning
  • Equipment Availability:
    • Measure the percentage of time equipment is available for use. Higher availability rates suggest effective maintenance and minimal downtime
