Job summary

Engineering Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to support liquid batching systems, purified water systems and plant utilities in a regulated consumer products plant.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades on liquid batching and mixing equipment, water treatment skids and utility systems. Diagnose electrical, mechanical and process control faults, carry repairs to a verified fix, and record maintenance activity and safety documentation in line

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
Experience with purified water systems and preventive maintenance principles.
Knowledge of cGMP, lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades on liquid batching and mixing equipment.
Maintain purified water generation, storage and distribution systems.
Service plant utilities including compressed air, steam and water distribution.
Diagnose faults on production equipment and complete repairs to fixed state.
Record maintenance activity, work orders and safety documentation per cGMP.
