Job summary

PDI is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift at our New York site. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement of blending processing systems and plant utilities.

Ideal candidates have experience with mechanical, electrical, and process control systems, with knowledge of purified water systems and liquid blending equipment, and a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending process equipment.
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and process control systems; strong safety and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment and systems including purified water and blending equipment.
• Maintain purified water systems and plant utilities like compressed air, steam, and water distribution.
• Troubleshoot liquid blending process equipment and ensure production specifications are met.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and maintain maintenance records and work orders.
