Mars Wrigley in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring a Process Machine Operator: Floater for the 1st shift. The role backs up the Production Coordinator and leads as needed, performing machine rebuilds, changeovers, CIP, and quality checks while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and comfort with laptops and Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email).

Responsibilities

• Back up to the Production Coordinator and Production Lead as needed.
• Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate, monitor, and perform changeover and rebuilds on machinery.
• Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks.
• Any ad hoc requests.
