Mars Wrigley is hiring a Process Machine Operator- Floater for the 3rd shift in Elizabethtown, PA. The role backs up the Production Coordinator and Lead, handling machine rebuilds, changeovers, quality checks, CIP, and continuous improvement tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office. The site produces Dove Chocolate and offers a competitive pay plus shift premium.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Back up to the Production Coordinator and Production lead as needed.
• Ensure operational efficiency, conformance to standards, product quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for the efficient production of quality products.
• Operate, monitor, and perform changeover and rebuilds on machinery.
• Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks.
• Any ad hoc requests
