Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience is required.
• At least 4 years of process or project management experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, BPM certification or Project Management Certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Process management.
• 5+ years of experience in Project management.
• 2+ years of experience in People management.
• 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• OneTag onboarding: manage intakes and support LOB onboardings to OneTag platform.
• Strategic Tag Stewardship: onboard tag stewards, define roles, and build stewardship strategies.
• Data Quality & Observability: drive data quality remediations and implement controls for data integrity.
• Process Optimization & Automation: transition manual workflows to scalable, automated structures.
