Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Process Management to oversee OneTag onboarding, maintain data quality, and drive automation across the Consumer Behavior Analytics team. The role requires proactive leadership to manage onboarding processes, ensure governance, and partner with Product and Tech teams.

You will help onboard tag stewards, define roles, and convert manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions while navigating ambiguity and building strong cross-team partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of process or project management experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma/PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• OneTag Onboarding: manage intakes and support LOB onboardings to OneTag platform.
• Strategic Tag Stewardship: onboard tag stewards, define roles, and build stewardship strategies.
• Data Quality & Observability: drive data quality remediations and implement controls to ensure data integrity.
• Process Optimization & Automation: transition manual workflows to scalable, automated structures.
