Job summary

Roche in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a fast-paced diagnostic production line, ensuring quality, schedule adherence and continuous improvement.

The 3rd shift runs 10:30 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday. Candidates need a STEM Bachelor's and at least 4 years in production (2 years in people/process leadership). A discretionary annual bonus may apply; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain or related field, including 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads and empowers direct reports or teams; coaches and develops skills; provides ongoing feedback.
• Identifies scheduling conflicts, production issues and equipment maintenance needs with support from other functions.
• Coordinates with process lead for resource management and ensures end-to-end production processes.
