Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Process Lead in Indianapolis, IN to apply process and manufacturing expertise as a prime technical resource. You will drive production planning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to optimize safety, quality, and reliability, coordinating work activities with the team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a process-related engineering discipline and 3-5 years of engineering experience, with focus on process automation, safety, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a process-related engineering discipline (Chemical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ engineering experience in process troubleshooting, project development, and implementation.
• Experience with process automation and basic PLC operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for safety initiatives in process design and equipment.
• Support safety and quality investigations and root cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
