Job summary
Lilly in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Process Instrumentation Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime and calibration in Indy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. You will troubleshoot and maintain process instrumentation, work with various groups, and document work orders in CMMS systems.
The role emphasizes instrument install/setup, electrical repairs, and adherence to GMP practices, with open shift nights and potential overtime. Minimum 3 years in maintenance instrumentation is required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Familiar with process instrumentation such as transmitters and controllers.
- Experience using CMMS to document work orders and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance for process instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/pneumatic systems across 24 VDC to 480 VAC.
- Support equipment qualification activities and documentation in CMMS.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Labs and others.
