Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Instrument Technician to support the Medicine Foundry, focusing on calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability of process instrumentation to enable clinical trial medicines.

The role involves maintenance of instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, pH, conductivity, level) and documentation, with a shift pattern and potential overtime during calibration periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of industrial process instrumentation and calibration experience in FDA regulated industry.
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills in electrical systems and calibration (instrumentation, electrical test equipment, and troubleshooting).

Responsibilities

• Safety: comply with HSE procedures and practices including LOTO and reporting incidents.
• Quality: meet cGMPs and Global Quality Standards.
• Calibration & Instrumentation: perform preventative and corrective maintenance on process instrumentation and read P&ID drawings.
