Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director Level Process Excellence Portfolio Lead to partner with executives and drive end-to-end process transformation across the organization.

This hybrid Newark, NJ-based role centers on identifying opportunities, leading workshops, and delivering scalable operating models. You will develop roadmaps, build business cases, and guide cross-functional teams while ensuring risk, compliance, and data considerations inform all designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven management consulting experience required.
• Stakeholder and relationship management, including trusted-advisor relationships, executive facilitation, conflict resolution, and influence across a complex matrix.
• End-to-end process engineering and business process re-engineering, including process diagnostics, current- and future-state design, root-cause analysis, and implementation.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience developing business cases, value frameworks, and measurable outcome metrics, benefit ownership, and sustained performance management.
• Experience in large-scale financial services transformation, with practical experience navigating risk, compliance, controls, operational resilience, data, and legacy technology constraints.
• Experience facilitating executive-level discussions, workshops, and decision-making forums involving multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across complex organizational environments.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and synthesis skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives and managing cross-functional dependencies across business and technology organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.

• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and working sessions to uncover business challenges, define transformation opportunities, and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Personally lead and contribute to end-to-end process engineering and re-engineering efforts, including current-state assessment, process mapping, root-cause analysis, future-state design, and implementation planning.
• Work directly with business and functional teams to challenge existing processes, simplify workflows, eliminate friction and non-value-added activities, and design more effective and scalable ways of working.
• Develop roadmaps that translate enterprise priorities into a sequenced portfolio of initiatives, balancing business value, feasibility, organizational readiness, and risk.
• Build compelling business cases and executive recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the definition of future-state operating models, processes, decision structures, and workforce impacts.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams while rolling up your sleeves to help teams work through complex process and execution challenges.
• Establish repeatable process-engineering approaches and transfer knowledge and capabilities to the broader team through hands-on coaching and collaboration.
• Identify dependencies, risks, barriers, and organizational challenges while developing action plans to maintain progress towards business objectives.
