PatientPoint, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Summer Intern to support the Client Success team, manage client accounts, execute advertising campaigns, and deliver exceptional client service.

This role offers collaboration across Client Success, Sales, and Operations while taking ownership of individual projects and contributing to team initiatives. The internship features a hybrid schedule (2 days in office / 3 days remote) with a base pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, and opportunities to work

Job Summary

The Client Success Summer Intern will support the Client Success team in managing client accounts, executing advertising campaigns, and delivering exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, and Operations while taking ownership of individual projects and contributing to team initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with members from Client Success and other functions across the organization to support your assigned accounts.
Work with Client Operations to update/enhance our collection of training and reference resources used during the onboarding of new hires.
This individual will also be asked to collaborate on special projects with other functional leads across Revenue Operations, as assigned.

What We Need

Must be a current student enrolled in a college or university, ideally entering their senior year
Highly motivated, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

Preference given to those pursuing a degree in Project Management, Advertising, Communications, Operations Management, or Marketing

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong communication and organizational skills to manage project tasks and keep stakeholders informed.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks or delays

Base Salary Band: $20.00 - $23.00
