Valley Health System is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to identify and drive improvements across clinical, financial, administrative, operational, and HR areas. You will develop plans, lead teams, and ensure initiatives are implemented to deliver measurable results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in quality or performance improvement; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required, Black Belt preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Statistics, Healthcare, Business, or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
