Valley Health System is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to identify and implement improvement opportunities across clinical, financial, administrative, operational and HR domains. The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across clinical, financial, administrative, operational, and human resources domains within the organization. This role involves developing improvement plans, leading process improvement teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives to drive measurable and sustainable improvements. Utilizing analytical skills, data analysis techniques, and various improvement methodologies, the specialist works to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness while collaborating with department leaders to implement meaningful process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Statistics, Healthcare, Business, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement.

Actual individual salaries vary depending on these factors. The salary listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay Range: $81,806.40 - $102,252.80. The posted pay range reflects the compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).
