Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. seeks a Manager, Process to lead process engineering and improvement across a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will guide process performance, yield, quality, and safety, while coordinating with Production, Equipment, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to drive reliable operations. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in process/manufacturing roles, with 3–6+ years in leadership, and strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in process/manufacturing/production engineering.
• 3–6+ years in leadership/management roles.
• Experience with large-scale, high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering and improvement activities in manufacturing.
• Monitor process performance, yield, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support changes and sustain improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and controls.
