Job summary

LG Energy Solution is seeking a Manager, Process in the United States to lead process engineering and improvement activities across a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safe, stable, and efficient production with emphasis on yield, quality, and cost improvement.

You will oversee Process Engineers, partner with Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams, and drive initiatives from data analysis to root-cause resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in process/manufacturing engineering.
• 3-6+ years in leadership/management.
• Experience with large-scale, high-volume, automated manufacturing.
• Experience with process optimization and root-cause analysis.
• Experience leading improvement projects.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, process-control requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering and improvement activities to support safe, stable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
• Monitor process performance, yield, quality, productivity, and other KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead the resolution of complex process, manufacturing, and quality issues using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and manufacturing performance.
• Coordinate process activities with Production, Equipment, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments to support operational priorities.
• Support process validation, change management, and implementation of approved process improvements.
