Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to improve site performance by leading capital projects and driving operational improvements across the manufacturing site. This role reports to the Site Manager and focuses on delivering both small and large capital initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and has 1–2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous improvement projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and equipment issues.
• Monitor and analyze process performance to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain P&IDs and support process safety and risk assessments.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards.
