Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably GMP. VISA sponsorship is not offered. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; only these degrees accepted.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing production environment, preferably GMP.
• Direct ownership of capital projects and formal project management.
• No VISA sponsorship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous improvement projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and third party vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and equipment issues.
• Monitor and analyze process performance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain P&IDs and support process safety and risk assessments.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
