Qualifications

Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations or projects.
Familiarity with Process Safety Management.
No visa sponsorship is available.
Background in chemical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation.
Conduct process evaluations, studies, and plant trials to identify opportunities for optimization and support the development of new projects.
Partner with plant teams to meet safety, quality, production, cost and efficiency objectives while maintaining safe operations.
Work with internal departments and external engineering resources, contractors and equipment suppliers to develop and execute process and capital improvement projects.
