Job summary

You’ll lead lean initiatives, mentor plant personnel, and collaborate with operations and engineering to scale improvements across facilities. The role emphasizes A3 problem-solving, standardization through SOPs, and sustainable cost reductions, with exposure to SAP and MS Office in day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience.
• Experience applying lean methods and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plant performance through time/capacity studies and data-driven analysis.
• Lead Lean initiatives and sustain MIQ/Smit hfield Way improvements.
• Train and coach teams in lean practices and change management.
• Evaluate new equipment/tech to boost efficiency and track budget compliance.
• Use data insights to drive improvement projects via A3 methodology.
• Develop SOPs and visual management to standardize production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering and leadership.
• Support compliance, reporting, and sustainability goals.
