Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Idaho Falls, Idaho, seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to drive lean improvements across making, packing and picking operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop training, and implement standard work to achieve measurable SQOCE results.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to identify opportunities, set success criteria, and track performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 1–2 years of previous experience in process improvement or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical opportunities within assigned scope of work.
• Manage improvement projects from conception through conclusion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions using problem solving techniques.
• Develop training to increase capability within operational teams.
• Track and measure results and sustain improvements with standard work.
