Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
• Able relocate to Idaho Falls, Idaho.
• Cumulative GPA is not specified; strong organizational skills emphasized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage product P&Ls, launch plans and promotional strategies.
• Drive ideation and creation of brand ideas for new products with cross-functional teams.
• Identify brand opportunities to grow Melaleuca's portfolio and support purchasing.
• Perform market analysis and report on consumer/product trends.
• Develop product concepts' Basis of Interest and product plans.
• Develop and manage Marketing Plans including positioning, pricing, promotion, and advertising.
• Analyze competitors and substantiate product claims with R&D and Legal.
• Create brand stories with data from ingredients, sourcing, and patents.
• Manage consumer research and copy platforms for packaging with graphics.
• Analyze packaging and coordinate with purchasing/operations.
• Organize cross-functional project teams for product development, forecasting, quality, and distribution.
