Responsibilities

• Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improvement strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to measure performance and evaluate impact of changes.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff.
• Monitor the success of changes and identify further areas for improvement.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.
