Overview:
The Process Improvement Engineer II is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $88,899.20 - $132,620.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
